Abstract

  1. Introduction

As the Islamic Indonesia indigenous institution, Pesantren needs to promote the real concept toward the new world civilization including its integration with Nusantara philosophy. Nahdlatul Ulama as the “biggest house” of pesantren has declared to reach vision “Take care of the world, build civilization”. It is the big dream to be done and pesantren must practically implement its philosophy and how to integrate with the value and tradition of local wisdom. It will start on academic work. This conference is the one of the way how to construct and promote pesantren philosophy onto world civilization.

 

  1. Objectives

The objective of CIPES IX:

  1. To campaign the value of pesantren and its tradition to world order
  2. To promote Nusantara philosophy as the value of Indonesia peoples.
  3. To construct the integration of pesantren and Nusantara’s philosophy on glocalization values.
