1. Introduction

As the Islamic Indonesia indigenous institution, Pesantren needs to promote the real concept toward the new world civilization including Management Theory. Nahdlatul Ulama as the biggest house of pesantren has been declare to reach vision “Take care of the world, build civilization”. It is the big dream to be done and pesantren must practically implement its vision to be real hope especially on academic work. By talking its trend in pre international conference, the steps will be held technically to construct every component of vision.

1. Objectives

The objective of CIPES VIII:

1. To portray the pesantren readiness to be a part of new world civilization including new management theory
2. To promote Islam Nusantara as the solution of global Religiosity
3. To construct the concept of Pesantren Offer in building new world civilization
4. To build the integration of Islamic Education and and technology as Internalization Media
